Job summary

Bene Aged Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join the St Pauls Residential Facility on a casual basis. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to be part of a supportive, not-for-profit organisation serving older South Australians.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, with a good understanding of aged care standards. Police check required or willingness to obtain prior to starting date.

• Sound understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care principles.
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature.
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks.
• Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning.
• Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to clinical staff.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each older person in your care.

What You'll Bring
