Job summary

Bene Aged Care is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join the St Pauls Residential Facility on a casual basis, delivering high-quality clinical care while upholding residents' dignity and wellbeing. You will work night and morning shifts, administer medications, monitor health, provide leadership to care staff, and mentor team members, in a calm, respectful setting within the Adelaide Hills.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting.
• Strong clinical judgement and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and person-centred care.
• Ability to work independently, especially night duty.
• Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical needs during night and morning shifts.
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift.
• Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained.
• Foster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals.
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning.

About Your Role
