Job summary

Bene Aged Care in the Adelaide Hills region is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join the St Pauls Residential Facility on a casual basis. You will deliver safe, high-quality clinical care, supporting residents’ dignity, comfort and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to respectful, person-centred care.
• Ability to work independently, especially during night duty.
• Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical needs during night and morning shifts.
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift.
• Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained.
• Foster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals.
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning.

About Your Role
