Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting.
• Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical needs during night/morning shifts.
• Administer medications and manage wound care with accurate documentation.
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift.
• Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards.
• Foster a safe, calm and respectful environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and external health professionals.
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team for holistic care planning.

About Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting older people's dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to respectful, person-centred care
• Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty
• Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates

Desirable:

• Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
