Bolton Clarke is seeking a part-time Home & Community Support Worker to assist clients in Hervey Bay and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, support daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence at home.

The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent, a valid Australian driver's licence, current First Aid & CPR, and a police check. Prior care experience is valued, with a supportive team and flexible shifts.

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification.
• Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
• Experience in care role highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed (showering, hygiene, meal prep, transportation, shopping).
• Foster social connection and companionship to promote wellbeing.
