Job summary

Bolton Clarke is looking for a Personal Care Worker to support residents at Glasshouse Views, Beerwah, on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Provide high-quality personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents maintain independence with dignity and comfort.

You will work within a caring team with strong clinical support, progressing your career in nursing or leadership, and contribute to consumer-focused service delivery across our homes.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Prior to commencement - complete National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe, and timely personal care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living according to residents' needs.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and complete documentation.
• Contribute to a caring community and support residents' independence and dignity.
