Job summary

Contract Care is recruiting experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to support our local aged care agency workforce across Casino, Kyogle and surrounds. You choose shifts that fit your life, earn competitive agency rates, and access a dedicated consultant when needed.

Shifts include AM, PM and night, 7 days a week, with weekday and weekend options. You will work with multiple facilities, ensuring local staffing and minimal travel, with onboarding to get you

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months' paid Australian aged care experience as a PCA.
• Current National Police Check (or NDIS Worker Screening Check).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Reliable transport and a current driver's licence.

About the role

Contract Care is looking for experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our local aged care agency workforce. We partner with multiple residential aged care facilities in Casino, Kyogle and surrounds and the surrounding towns, and we keep our staff working close to home as much as possible.

You'll pick the shifts that work for you, get paid well for them, and have a real consultant on the other end of the phone when you need one.

Pay & shifts

• Agency pay rates: $46.50–$102.90 per hour
• AM, PM and night shifts available 7 days a week
