Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for aged care in Lysterfield. Casual shifts available, offering flexibility to fit around your life while making a real difference in residents' daily lives.

Youll join a supportive team delivering essential daily care, comfort and companionship in local aged care homes. Minimum six months PCA experience in residential settings is required, along with two senior clinical references and current police check within 12 months.

• 2 senior clinical references required.
• Current Police Check within 12 months.
• Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
• A genuine passion for caring for local residents.

What You’ll Need

• At least 6 months’ experience as a PCA in residential aged care

• A genuine passion for caring and helping local residents live well
