Job summary

Contract Care is looking for experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our local aged care agency workforce, servicing Armidale, Tamworth and surrounding towns. You’ll pick shifts that suit you, earn good rates, and have a dedicated consultant available when you need support.

We partner with multiple residential aged care facilities to keep staff close to home, offering AM/PM/night shifts across 7 days.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Ageing or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months' paid Australian aged care experience as a PCA
• Current National Police Check (or NDIS Worker Screening Check)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations
• Right to work in Australia
• Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence

About the role

We partner with multiple residential aged care facilities in Armidale, Tamworth and the surrounding towns, and we keep our staff working close to home as much as possible.

You’ll pick the shifts that work for you, get paid well for them, and have a real consultant on the other end of the phone when you need one.

Pay & shifts

• Agency pay rates: $46.50-$102.90 per hour
• AM, PM and night shifts available 7 days a week
• Weekday and weekend shifts across multiple partnered aged care facilities
