Job summary

Contract Care is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our Tamworth, Armidale and surrounds workforce. We partner with multiple residential aged care facilities in Tamworth, Armidale and surrounding towns, keeping staff working close to home.

You’ll pick shifts that work for you and have a dedicated consultant to support you. We offer local assignments with minimal travel, fast onboarding, and ongoing work across partnered facilities so you

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months' paid Australian aged care experience as a PCA.
• Current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check; First Aid/CPR current.
• Vaccinations up-to-date; right to work in Australia; valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Join local aged care facilities across Tamworth, Armidale and surrounds.
• Pick shifts that suit you and be available across AM/PM/night seven days a week.
• Work with allocations team for same-day or advance bookings.
• Build relationships with residents and staff at partnered facilities.

About the role

Contract Care is looking for experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our local aged care agency workforce across the Tamworth, Armidale and surrounds. We partner with multiple residential aged care facilities in Tamworth, Armidale and the surrounding towns, and we keep our staff working close to home as much as possible.

You'll pick the shifts that work for you, get paid well for them, and have a real consultant on the other end of the phone when you need one.

Pay & shifts

• Agency pay rates: $46.50-$102.90 per hour
• AM, PM and night shifts available 7 days a week
• Weekday and weekend shifts across multiple partnered aged care facilities
• Choose your own availability - work as much or as little as suits you
• Same-day and advance bookings via our allocations team

What you'll need

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months' paid Australian aged care experience as a PCA

• Up-to-date COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations
