Queensland Country Bank in Weipa is seeking a full-time Personal Banking Consultant for our Weipa branch. You will help Members with their banking needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist them in achieving their financial goals in a busy, supportive team.

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling cash accurately, and promoting banking products. Training and development opportunities are provided as you contribute to our local community and member satisfaction.

• Demonstrated sales experience and strong cash handling.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication & customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change.

• Experience in the Finance industry (desirable but not essential).

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Personal Banking Consultant to join our Weipa Branch.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great customer service, and is interested in building a career in the financial services industry. You will be part of a busy and supportive branch where no two days are the same.

As a Personal Banking Consultant, you will help Members with their banking needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist them in achieving their financial goals. You will build strong relationships, solve problems, and promote products and services that add value to our members. You will also receive training and support to confidently manage a high volume of cash transactions.

This role is full-time based on a 38 hour work week. No weekend work required.
