Queensland Country Bank is seeking a full-time Personal Banking Consultant for our Weipa Branch to help Members with their banking needs and to deliver tailored solutions that assist in achieving financial goals.

You will build strong relationships, solve problems, and promote products while handling a high volume of cash transactions in a busy branch environment. Training and support are provided, with no weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience and strong cash handling experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication & customer service skills.
• Ability to positively adapt to change.
• Demonstrated resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member.
• Experience in the Finance industry (desirable but not essential).
