Queensland Country Bank is seeking a friendly Personal Banking Consultant for the Townsville City branch. This full-time role (38 hours) involves delivering exceptional personalised service, identifying customer needs, and guiding them to successful outcomes.

You will promote our products and services, build rapport with customers, and adapt to a dynamic branch environment. Willingness to work across branches in the Townsville region is required.

About The Role

We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Townsville City branch team as our Personal Banking Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week.The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the Townsville region as required.

About You

• A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
• Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
