Responsibilities

• Provide a local customer owned banking experience to new and existing customers
• Proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills
• Complete Beyond Bank’s Lending Accreditation program to assist our members with their personal and home lending needs
• Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our customers
• Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic
• Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
• Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer
• Support customers by providing lending solutions, such as personal loans, credit cards and home loans, ensuring customers fully understand Beyond Bank’s product features, benefits, fees, charges, and overall value
