We are a values-focused organisation that puts the people we support first. Established in 1982 by a group of local parents who wanted respite and accommodation for their now adult children, we have expanded exponentially because our participants love our services.
At Community Living Options we provide an inclusive environment where people are valued and supported. We welcome applicants with lived experience, all abilities, cultural background, gender, sexuality, age and spirituality.
Join our Disability and Autism team! This is not your typical support role; you will be joining a team that supports participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, and other complex support needs, working under the guidance of a dedicated Service Coordinator to deliver a specialist, evidence-based model of support that empowers, uplifts and has been shown to make a lasting difference.

I am seeking a Support Worker who is wanting to join a team environment, passionate about supporting me to attend my competitive bowling (I sometimes need to be supported on trips away to compete), taking me to the beach, helping me to make healthy choices, develop my cooking skills and support me to better regulate my emotions. I would also like a support worker who is interested in art as this is a big hobby of mine.
At CLO, you’ll be part of a supportive and inclusive team where kindness, trust, learning, connection and inclusion guide everything we do. If you share our values and are passionate about supporting others, we’d love to hear from you.
