Job summary

Community Living Options in Victor Harbor is seeking Person-Centred Support Workers for a Permanent Part Time role. You will assist participants with psychosocial disability, help them achieve goals, and implement support plans within a safe, inclusive team.

We welcome applicants with lived experience and a commitment to human rights-based support. Training is provided, with flexible shift options and a supportive environment focused on respect and inclusion.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening required
• Working with Children Check (or eligible)
• Current Driver’s License
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and grow in the disability sector

Responsibilities

• Experience supporting participants with psychosocial disability.
• Help individuals achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
• Implement individual support plans and development programs.
• Manage risk and ensure safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
