Job summary

Community Living Options (CLO) in Adelaide is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to deliver 1:1, person-centred active support for a participant with ASD and other disabilities. You will assist with daily routines, independence, and meaningful activities, building trust and confidence.

Ideal candidates have flexible hours, experience with behaviour support, and qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent. NDIS checks and First Aid are required.

• Working with Children Check is required
• Driver’s License is required
• First Aid & CPR Certificates are required
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification is welcomed

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 person-centred, active support.
• Assist with daily routines and independence.
• Develop skills and confidence to achieve goals.
• Foster meaningful activities reflecting interests and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely progress records.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with the participant.

I would also like a support worker who is interested in art as this is a big hobby of mine.About you:I am looking for a creative and positive person to join my team.
