Job description

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support that creates genuine and lasting improvements in people's lives?

Community Living Options (CLO) is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our highly regarded Clinical Team based at our Edwardstown office.

At CLO, Positive Behaviour Support is more than compliance. We are committed to a human rights-based, evidence-informed approach that prioritises quality of life, meaningful participation, and long-term positive outcomes. Our practitioners are supported to spend valuable time with participants, families, and support teams, ensuring PBS is embedded into everyday life and not driven solely by billable targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative clinical team where professional development, clinical excellence, and innovation are highly valued.

About Community Living Options

Community Living Options is a leading NDIS registered disability service provider with specialist expertise in supporting people with complex disability, mental health, and forensic support needs.

Our mission is to promote great opportunities and a great life for the people we support. We believe in empowering individuals to achieve their goals, exercise choice and control, and live as independently as possible within their communities.

About the Role

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with participants, families, support teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement meaningful, evidence-based behaviour support strategies that enhance quality of life and reduce the need for restrictive practices.

Working within a small, experienced and highly collaborative PBS team, you will have access to regular supervision, mentoring, professional development opportunities, and a structured pathway for career progression

  • Support the identification, reduction, and elimination of restrictive practices in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
  • Monitor, analyse, and interpret behavioural data to inform clinical decision-making.
  • Contribute to innovative clinical initiatives, service improvement activities, and quality assurance processes.
  • Facilitate participant engagement and feedback to ensure services remain person-centred and responsive.
