Job summary

Carel Recruitment on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a premium high-rise residential development from early works through to handover. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage a growing team of foremen and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and programme milestones.

This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to take ownership of site delivery in a tight-knit team that values excellence and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Delivered at least one comparable concrete residential tower from start to finish as Site Manager.
• Experience with towers 10+ storeys and values $50M+.
• Premium finishes and residential amenity spaces delivered to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction delivery from early works through to practical completion, handover and defect resolution.
• Manage site establishment, access, materials handling, deliveries and logistics.
• Coordinate foremen and subcontractors with daily priorities and three-week lookahead programmes.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and implement recovery strategies.
• Lead safety, quality inspections and environmental compliance.
