Job summary

Amida Group on the Gold Coast seeks a Senior Site Manager for a high-rise residential project. The role requires leadership of a multi-disciplinary team on a 20+ storey development with strong focus on safety and quality on site.

The candidate will manage subcontractors, coordinate program milestones and ensure adherence to WHS Standards, with local knowledge highly valued. Initial start around February 2027, permanent full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must have proven site management experience on residential/mixed-use projects.
• Experience on high-rise construction and 20+ storeys preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS.
• Queensland construction experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
• Plan daily works and ensure tasks are completed to program.
• Manage site activities to maintain productivity and workflow.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials and plant on site.
