Job summary

CGC Recruitment is assisting on a high-end residential waterfront townhouse project on the Gold Coast. The Site Manager will own delivery from start to finish, coordinating trades, programmes and quality control while maintaining safety on a demanding 3-storey, 4-townhouse scheme.

Ideal candidates will have extensive hands-on experience with multi-storey construction and suspended slabs, plus a QBCC Supervisors/Builders Licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects valued at $3M+.
• Demonstrated ability to run projects independently from start to finish.
• Experience with multi-storey construction and suspended concrete slabs highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality control and site safety.
• Excellent trade coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to lead by example.
• Ideally a QBCC Supervisors / Builders Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the $4.3M waterfront townhouse development from commencement through to handover.
• Coordinate trades, manage construction programmes and maintain schedule.
• Oversee quality, safety and site compliance on a hands-on project.
• Lead on-site teams and drive progress from start to finish.
