Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role, managing and supervising projects with medium-to-high-density residential or commercial builds.
• Strong leadership to inspire teams, maintain site discipline, and deliver top-quality results.
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, NCC, and relevant regulations.
• Clear, professional communication with clients, teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to think critically and resolve issues on the fly.
• Organised, proactive, and thrive on taking full control of projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities, leading construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything on track.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans – managing your own projects from start to finish.
• Keep clients, architects, and other stakeholders in the loop, addressing concerns and providing updates.
• Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Anticipate and resolve issues to keep your projects on time and on budget.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement smarter construction methods.
