Starbucks Australia in Brisbane is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations and drive growth while delivering the Starbucks Experience to every customer.

You will manage a hands-on team, coach partners, and ensure strong financial performance, rostering, and budget adherence. This permanent full-time role offers guaranteed hours and industry award rates, with opportunities for career progression within Starbucks.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive responsibility including one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners.
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within hospitality or quick service.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and P&L reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of store operations and staffing to ensure a smooth, efficient store.
• Drive strong financial results and manage budgeting, scheduling and profitability.
• Deliver the Starbucks Experience through coaching, mentoring and empowering partners.
