Starbucks Australia in Caboolture, Queensland, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver the Starbucks Experience in a fast-paced setting.

This hands-on leadership role offers permanent full-time hours, expansion opportunities toward Store Manager, and comprehensive training. Prior coffee experience is not required, with ongoing mentoring and career development provided.

Qualifications

• Two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within hospitality or quick service restaurant sectors.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports.
• A proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
