Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail store and deliver the Starbucks Experience. This permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) offers the chance to drive store operations, sales growth, and staff development in a vibrant community setting.

You'll coach and empower partners, optimize rostering and budgets, and strive for operational excellence while building a welcoming Third Place for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive responsibility including one year supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and mentor partners.
• Experience in store leadership roles, especially in hospitality or quick service.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets and P&L reports.

• Lead all aspects of store operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Drive sales growth and improve store efficiency and financial performance.
