Job summary

Cater Care is seeking a hands-on Chef Manager for Uniting – Mingaletta in Port Macquarie, NSW. This permanent full-time role offers a Monday to Friday roster within an aged care dining program, focusing on quality meals and resident dining experiences.

You will lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure texture-modified meals meet dietary needs, and deliver excellent customer service, while maintaining high standards and independent work habits.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certification.
• Experience in food preparation and bulk cooking.
• Understanding of texture-modified food requirements.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• A genuine passion for food, hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities
