Job summary

Journey Early Learning Corinda is seeking a warm and adaptable Float Educator with a Certificate III or Diploma to join our team across learning environments. You will work with children of different ages, build meaningful relationships with families, and contribute to consistent, high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.

You’ll rotate through rooms, support play-based learning, collaborate with Lead Educators, and help create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments while

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Confidence working across different rooms and age groups.
• Flexible, positive and team-focused approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Completed National Child Safety Training.

Journey Early Learning Corinda is looking for a passionate Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Float Educator to join our team.

About the Role

As our Float Educator, you’ll:

• Work across different rooms and age groups throughout the centre
• Support engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong relationships with children, families and educators
• Support children’s individual routines, learning and wellbeing
• Provide consistency and support across the centre where needed
• Work collaboratively with Lead Educators and the wider team
• Contribute to safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments

About You

You’re a warm, adaptable and reliable educator who enjoys variety and feels confident working across different age groups and learning environments.

You’ll bring:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• A genuine passion for children’s learning and development
