Job summary

Journey Fernvale is seeking a Permanent Educator for our Senior Toddler room in Fernvale. This part-time role is Monday to Friday, offering a warm, collaborative environment where you support play-based learning and growth for young children.

You will work with our Centre Leadership Team to maintain a calm, nurturing setting, building strong bonds with children and families while contributing to a culture of care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training.
• Experience with toddlers and supporting development.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).

• Support play-based learning aligned with EYLF.
• Create a calm, structured environment that supports independence and development.

Permanent Educator | Fernvale

We’re looking for a warm, dedicated, and reliable Permanent Educator to join our team at Journey Fernvale in our Senior Toddler room. In this role, you’ll create engaging, play‑based experiences that support children as they build confidence, develop independence, and strengthen social skills in a calm, nurturing environment. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships with children and families, support consistent routines, and work closely with a supportive Centre Leadership Team who will guide your growth within a close‑knit, community‑focused centre. This is a permanent part‑time opportunity, across Monday to Friday.
