Job summary

Journey Early Learning is hiring full-time Educators for our centres in Sebastopol, Ballarat East, Lucas Rise, Lucas and Delacombe in Victoria. You will foster relationships with children, families and the community while supporting their learning and professional growth.

You’ll be supported by the Centre Leadership Team as you develop essential skills and pursue your teaching passion within the Journey family.

Qualifications

• ACECQA recognised Diploma or higher.
• Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children.
• Assist in the observation and evaluation of children’s strengths, interests and preferences.
• Design and implement activities to support children’s developmental program.

Job Description

Journey Early Learning Fulltime Childcare Educator positions available at the below centres - Sebastopol, Ballarat East, Lucas Rise, Lucas and Delacombe. You will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.

You will support and guide children’s learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector. As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family.
