Job summary

InfraBuild Recycling Hexham site is seeking a dedicated Operator to perform a range of duties in the metal recycling yard. This permanent day shift role runs 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, with on-the-job training and clear opportunities for career progression.

You will operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, maintain yard cleanliness, perform daily checks on mobile plant and follow safety procedures at all times. The role offers job security within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is essential to operate equipment.
• Experience in scrap recycling, construction or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced yard environment and maintain safety.
• Punctual and reliable with a team-focused mindset.
