MANAWISE Care in Cairns is seeking caring individuals to join our Residential Care team as a Care Practitioner on a permanent part-time basis. You will support young people facing complex challenges in our residential homes, helping them build resilience and life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in Youth Work, Child Safety, or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence (open class).
• Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, or similar (or working towards it).
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Current Paid Blue Card.
• National Police Check (within 12 months).
• Ability to obtain LCS check.
• Hope & Healing Module certificate (we can assist if needed).

About the Role

You will be working across our residential homes with exciting opportunities to support new homes as MANAWISE continues to grow and expand.

As a Care Practitioner, you’ll support young people facing complex challenges by providing a safe, stable, and nurturing environment. You’ll play a key role in helping them build resilience, develop life skills, and create brighter futures.
