MANAWISE Care is expanding in Brisbane North, Queensland and seeks experienced Youth Workers for permanent Part Time roles (56 or 72 hours per fortnight) across residential homes in Narangba, Morayfield, Warner, Ningi and Albany Creek.

You will support young people facing complex challenges by providing a safe, stable environment, helping build resilience, life skills and brighter futures within a therapeutic care team.

Formación

• Experience in Youth Work or related field
• Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or working towards)
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Current Paid Blue Card
• National Police Check within 6 months
• Ability to obtain LCS check

Responsabilidades

• Create a safe, supportive, and structured home environment
• Build strong, positive relationships with young people
• Support emotional, social, and life skill development
• Encourage healthy decision‑making and wellbeing
• Collaborate with a therapeutic care team to deliver tailored plans
• Complete daily documentation, case notes, and reports
• Experience in Youth Work, Child Safety, or a related field
• Current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence (open class)
• Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, or similar (or working towards it)
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Current Paid Blue Card
• National Police Check (within 6 months)
• Ability to obtain LCS check
• Hope & Healing Module certificate (we can assist if needed)

Are you an experienced Youth Worker looking for a meaningful role where you can truly make a difference?

MANAWISE Care is growing in Brisbane North, Queensland and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our Residential Care team on a permanent Part Time basis, working 56 or 72 hours per fortnight.

About the Role

You will be working across our residential homes, currently located in Narangba, Morayfield, Warner, Ningi and Albany Creek with exciting opportunities to support new homes as MANAWISE continues to grow and expand.

As a Youth Worker, you’ll support young people facing complex challenges by providing a safe, stable, and nurturing environment. You’ll play a key role in helping them build resilience, develop life skills, and create brighter futures.
