PHD Media is seeking a Performance Executive in Sydney to support the delivery and optimisation of digital campaigns. You will build expertise across search, social, programmatic, and display while working with seasoned specialists.

Reporting to the Performance Manager, you’ll collaborate with planning teams, media implementation specialists, and platform partners to drive measurable results for clients and develop digital expertise.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years' experience in digital media or media agency roles.
• Understanding of digital platforms such as search, social, programmatic, or display.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Supporting the planning, implementation, and optimisation of digital performance campaigns
• Briefing the Media Implementation team and assisting with campaign setup, trafficking, and launches
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying trends, issues, and optimisation opportunities
• Maintaining and updating media plans and campaign documentation
• Preparing campaign reports and post-campaign analyses (PCAs) with clear insights and recommendations
• Presenting campaign performance updates to clients with guidance from senior team members
• Supporting the development of performance strategies and digital recommendations
• Staying up to date with digital media trends, platforms, and innovations
