Job summary

JLL in Canberra seeks a Performance Analyst to monitor and enhance the WoAG portfolio, turning complex data into actionable insights. You’ll work with the Performance Director on reporting cycles, respond to RFIs and audits, and drive cost-saving opportunities while upholding contractual obligations and QA processes.

You will partner with relationship teams, finance, and government entities, contributing to continuous improvement and value-for-money outcomes in a government context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, data analytics or related field.
• Proven experience in performance or data analysis with complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills including dashboards, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with trend identification.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit quarterly and monthly WoAG performance reports.
• Develop and update Entity Operations Reports, Budgets and plans.
• Track KPI performance, identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate RFIs and audits with subject matter experts via Microsoft Teams.
• Manage WoAG registers for savings, innovation, discounts and conflicts.
• Lead continuous improvement projects delivering measurable value.
• Support AGPR data collection with BI, Finance and account teams.
• Oversee Quality Assurance for WoAG per contract and branding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify value-for-money opportunities.
