Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Performance Analyst for the WoAG account in Australia. You will transform complex datasets into insights, manage quarterly and monthly reporting, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive value for government clients.

You will develop budgets, track KPIs, respond to RFIs/audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while upholding QA and branding standards. A government‑related mindset and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in performance analysis, data analysis or similar reporting role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data analysis, dashboards, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on trends and actionable improvements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Clearance and related security clearances as required.
• Experience with government contracts or public sector performance frameworks is preferred.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and business intelligence systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit quarterly and monthly performance reports for the WoAG account.
• Develop and update Entity Operations Reports, Annual Business Plans, and budgets.
• Track and analyse KPI performance, identifying risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and respond to RFIs and audit processes with subject-matter experts.
• Manage WoAG registers (Savings/Cost Avoidance, Innovation, Discounts/Benefits, Conflicts of Interest).
• Lead continuous improvement and innovation projects delivering measurable value.
• Support AGPR data collection with BI, Finance, and account teams.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance Program for WoAG and ensure branding and contract compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify value-for-money opportunities and manage expectations.
