Job summary

Talent International partners with a major NSW Government organisation to recruit a Senior Analyst - Data & Performance. You will work with complex datasets to identify trends, improve data quality and provide meaningful insights that support service delivery and decision-making.

Based in Parramatta with a hybrid working arrangement, this contract role runs until 29 January 2027 (with possible extensions) and pays $75 per hour plus super.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data analysis, performance reporting or insights.
• Experience translating findings into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement performance measures, KPIs and reporting frameworks.

• Undertake data mining, profiling and analysis to identify trends and emerging issues.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong experience in data analysis, performance reporting or insights
• Demonstrated experience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into meaningful insights
• Experience developing performance measures, KPIs and reporting frameworks
• Strong data mining, profiling and data quality experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience

Experience within government, human services, housing or another complex service delivery environment will be highly regarded.
