Job summary

PeopleLogic in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Tester to join our QA team. You will perform comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across multiple HCM modules.

You will prepare test artifacts, validate requirements, manage defects through closure, and coordinate with business users, consultants, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM testing and support.
• Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM Testing.
• Hands-on testing experience in at least 4 of the following modules: Core HCM, Absence Management, Global Payroll, Talent Acquisition Management, Time and Labor.

Responsibilities

• Experience in HR transformation, implementation, upgrade, or support projects

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM Testing.
• Hands-on testing experience in at least 4 of the following modules:
• Core HCM
• Absence Management
• Global Payroll
• Talent Acquisition Management
• Time and Labor
• Test case preparation and execution.
• Defect management and reporting.
• Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM processes.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Knowledge of PUM upgrades and Tax Updates.
• Exposure to Event Mapping, Page & Field Configurator, Activity Guides, and Drop Zones.
• Experience in UAT coordination and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM is highly preferred.
