• Experience validating HR workflows, business rules, and data configurations.
• Experience supporting large HR transformation programs.
• Analytical and defect-management skills to identify gaps in HR landscapes.

• Extensiveexperience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central testing, includingfunctional, integration, and end-to-end validation.
• Strongunderstanding of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business processes and the employeelifecycle within enterprise HR environments.
• Provenexperience in validating HR workflows, business rules, organizationalstructures, and workforce data configurations.
• Abilityto effectively engage with HR business stakeholders, gather requirements,provide constructive challenge, and ensure business needs are accuratelytranslated into test scenarios.
• Experiencesupporting and testing large-scale HR transformation and digitaltransformation programs.
• Skilledin designing business outcome-driven test scenarios, focusing onreal-world HR processes rather than solely system requirements.
• Stronganalytical and defect management skills, with the ability to identifyprocess and system gaps across complex HR landscapes.

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experiencewith Playwright test automation for web-based application testing.
