Job summary

PeopleLogic in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Tester to join our QA team. You will perform comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across multiple HCM modules.

You will prepare test artifacts, validate requirements, manage defects through closure, and coordinate with business users, consultants, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM testing and support.
• Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM Testing.
• Hands-on testing experience in at least 4 of the following modules: Core HCM, Absence Management, Global Payroll, Talent Acquisition Management, Time and Labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports.
• Validate business requirements and functional specifications.
• Identify, track, and manage defects through closure.
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
• Participate in requirement workshops and provide testing estimates.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within SLA and project timelines.
