RANZCOG Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists is seeking an experienced People and Wellbeing Coordinator for a 12-month parental leave position in Melbourne. The role combines HR administration with operational support and training coordination, delivering HR services and a positive employee experience.

You will work in a full-time capacity with flexible hybrid arrangements, supporting staff across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR administration and generalist support across full employee lifecycle.
• Ability to manage onboarding, engagement, performance, learning and development, OH&S, and offboarding.
• Experience handling HR data in an HRIS system and generating basic reports.
• Excellent customer service and ability to respond to People and Wellbeing inquiries professionally.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding across Australia and Aotearoa NZ.
• Maintain and process employee files, contracts and HR documentation in ELMO.
• Assist in reviewing and promoting HR and OH&S policies and procedures.
• Coordinate new employee induction and ongoing People and Wellbeing training.
