The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) invites applications for a People and Wellbeing Coordinator on a 12-month parental leave contract in Melbourne. This hybrid, full-time role supports the full employee lifecycle and delivers HR services with a focus on wellbeing.

The role involves HR administration, policy development, training coordination, and employee communications to ensure a positive staff experience across the College.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting full employee lifecycle (recruitment to offboarding).
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, especially ELMO.
• Ability to coordinate learning and development activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, learning and offboarding.
• Manage HR data and contracts in the ELMO HRIS.
• Develop and promote HR and OH&S policies and procedures.
• Coordinate People and Wellbeing training and inductions.
• Provide admin support, maintain staff intranet, and communicate HR updates.
