Job summary

Metcash Limited in Sydney is seeking a Project & Change Manager (People Systems) to lead enterprise-wide HR systems initiatives, payroll, people data and related change management.

You will partner with business and technology teams, plan activities, manage risks, and drive adoption of HR tech improvements. The role offers hybrid work with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes for our People & Culture functions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR systems initiatives, with SuccessFactors preferred.
• Proven change management experience.
• Strong collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Deep exposure to People and Culture processes.
• Ability to operate in structured governance amid ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver project activities, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Build relationships across business and technology teams to drive alignment.
• Lead change management activities, including communications, training and adoption support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage risks, resolve issues and drive decision making.
• Support the implementation of HR technology and process improvements delivering measurable outcomes.
