Job summary

Auto & General Australia is seeking an experienced HR Technology Project Manager to design and deliver divisional strategic initiatives within People and Culture, acting as gateway for cross-divisional initiatives. You will partner with Heads of teams, Program Managers and Risk/Insurance divisions to ensure successful delivery.

Location: Brisbane (Toowong). The role emphasizes system integration, vendor collaboration, and robust change management to support a smooth transition and business value

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HR systems as a project manager.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across employee lifecycle.
• Superior written and verbal communication.
• Experience with UKG Kronos, Genesys WFM, and Aurion Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans for HR systems components, including scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Manage budgets and resources for delivery.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across senior management and business users.
• Oversee system integration with payroll, contact centre and reporting.
• Coordinate testing (integration, UAT, regression) and sign-off.
• Partner with Change Management to support transition and adoption.
