Job summary

ARN, Australia’s leading entertainment company, is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our people and leaders nationally, coordinating HR processes and delivering a seamless employee experience across the network.

You will prepare contracts, support recruitment and onboarding, and manage HR system workflows. The role requires 1–2 years in HR/People & Culture operations, strong organisation, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in HR or People & Culture operations, including employment contracts/documentation.
• Process-oriented, highly organised, accurate with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of HR systems; SuccessFactors preferred and understanding of modern awards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key People & Culture processes and provide first-level support across our national network.
• Prepare accurate employment contracts, letters and variations compliant with awards and legislation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee administration via HR systems (SuccessFactors, Adobe Sign).
• Monitor onboarding activities and follow up outstanding tasks to create a positive starter experience.
• Respond to enquiries within service levels and escalate complex matters to Payroll or P&C partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate digital employee records and support process improvements.
