Qualifications

• Experience delivering recruitment and onboarding outcomes.
• Knowledge of Industrial Legislation and ability to interpret Enterprise Agreements/Awards.
• Sound Employee Relations experience and knowledge.
• Ability to build positive relationships with operational teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working on mining, construction or engineering projects is highly desirable.
