Job summary

Boab Metals Limited is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Perth team in Osborne Park, WA. You will provide strategic and hands-on HR support across the business, driving workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and policy development as we transition from development into operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years HR experience in mining, resources, construction or similar industry.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience providing advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong recruitment and stakeholder management capability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting FIFO or remote workforces.
• Experience in a project, construction or mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across the business including workforce planning and recruitment.
• Advise on employee relations and performance management.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
• Support leadership development and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Contribute to remuneration and performance review processes.
• Support Indigenous employment initiatives.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture.
• Lead recruitment across corporate and project-based roles.
