Job summary

PEXA is seeking a People Experience Consultant to support employees and people leaders with everyday HR processes in Melbourne. You’ll manage the PX inbox, answer questions about policies and benefits, and assist onboarding, changes and offboarding with care and accuracy.

As a first point of contact for people queries, you’ll keep HR records accurate and compliant, collaborate with payroll and finance, and look for ways to simplify processes while delivering a great employee experience.

Qualifications

• HR qualification is essential.
• HR administration and HR systems experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and a compliance mindset.
• Positive, service-focused approach and curiosity to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and people leaders with everyday HR processes.
• Manage the PX inbox and respond to policy/benefit questions.
• Assist onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation.
• Coordinate background checks, attestations and audits.
