Job summary

PEXA is seeking a PX Consultant in Melbourne to support employees and leaders with everyday people processes. You’ll monitor the PX inbox, answer questions on policies and benefits, and manage onboarding, changes and offboarding.

You’ll maintain HRIS records and coordinate background checks and audits in collaboration with Payroll, Finance and the broader business. This full‑time, Melbourne‑based role suits someone with an HR qualification who is keen to develop hands‑on, service‑driven

• Build trusted relationships across PX and partner teams and suggest process improvements.
