PEXA Group is seeking a PX Consultant in Melbourne to deliver a smooth employee experience. You will be the first point of contact for people questions, keep lifecycle processes accurate in HiBob, and support onboarding, changes and offboarding in a hands-on, service-focused team.

The role requires an HR qualification, strong written and verbal communication, and a detail-oriented, compliant approach. A hybrid work model applies with in-office and remote days.

• Onboard new hires and manage onboarding workflows.
• Process employee changes and offboarding accurately.
• Respond to everyday people queries with timely information.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and support audits and cyclical tasks.
• Collaborate with PX, Payroll and Finance partners.
