Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Manager, Senior HRBP, or Senior HR Advisor ready to manage teams.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver strategic people outcomes that support business objectives.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and workplace issues.
• Coach, develop, and influence leaders to strengthen leadership capability across the business.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and career development discussions.
• Support workforce planning and organisational design initiatives.
• Contribute to leadership development and learning programs.
• Embed People & Experience frameworks, policies, and best practice processes.
• Analyse people metrics and employee feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and contribute to key people projects across the employee lifecycle.
• Support change management and organisational transformation initiatives.
